The communication materials on eye care were developed by the Center for Health Consultation and Community Development (CHD) under framework the project “Eye care capacity development” of the Fred Hollows Foundation (FHF). The eye care communication materials had been used by the FHF partners, students, parents and the elderly in 15 provinces and cities nationwide, including the ethnic minorities in Quang Binh, Ha Giang provinces.
