Introduction:
Center for Health Consultation and Community Development (CHD) collaborate with the HCMC Department of Transportation to implement the Project “Enhancing the compliance of smoke free policies at public transportation places, 2021-2022”.
The project is supported by the UNION with an aim to contribute to strengthen Tobacco Law compliance and reduce avoidable tobacco-related diseases in Vietnam.

Place of work: District 7, Ho Chi Minh City
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring project activities
- Writing monthly, quarterly and annual reports on schedule for sponsors
- Writing ad-hoc reports at the request of the Unit.
- Understanding payment and settlement regimes according to regulations and monitoring financial report of project activities.
- Organize training and professional training for units when necessary.
- Participate in project evaluation studies and unit activities.
EXPERIENCE AND ABILITIES FOR THE POSITION:
- An university degree in Public health, Communications or related field.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems well.
- Well-developed written and oral communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
- Experience working with government agencies.
- Experience and understanding of health projects, particularly tobacco control programs.
- Minimum of 2 years relevent experience working with NGO/ international development organization.
