The Mystery Client Survey is an effective method for assessing client satisfaction as well as the quality of services of clinic or company. Since 2009, Marie Stopes Vietnam/Center for Community Reproductive Health (MSV/VNCRH) conducted the mystery client survey to assess the MSV/VNCRH clinics and franchised BlueStar clinics.
With a evidence-based decision criteria, the Research and Metrics Office of MSV in collaboration with the Center for Community Health and Development (CHD) conducted this survey once again at all MSV clinics nationwide. The survey results will help MSV and clinic managers to have appropriate strategies to improve the quality of their clinics.
The data collection was carried out in nine provinces/cities, from October to November, 2017. A total number of 11 clinics were assessed in this survey.
